Year 1973-1974

Memoir That was the year...the band sold candy and fruit cake to buy new band uniforms. Chanters (Choir) sang for a movie on "Freedom" - Mr. "A" was the choir instructor, Mr. Sherry the band instructor...The Marching band marched at Magic Mountain that year. "We've only just begun" was the Selenesian class song...lime green and royal blue (ack!) our class colors. Thirty-two years have come and gone but the memories are just like yesterday...Josie R. and Michael M., Murphy S. leading the marching band...Willis leading the cheers at football games...Cinnamon rolls that rocked...secret bible studies in unnamed classrooms with unnamed teachers...The memories are flooding back and I could go on and on. Hold fast to the memories. They'll keep a smile on your face for years to come! To any old (no pun intended) classmates who may see this, I haven't forgotten...feel free to email!
