1998 Football

Memoir I remember in 1998 Poly had a pretty decent football team, but they had a team that worked hard. Rudy Rodriguez, David Valencia, Steve Smith, Leo Molina, Chunks, Domoniq Lugo, John "RED" Shedden, Harold Barrendo, Julius Roberts, Regile or Joe, just to name a few. I was not a football player but that team stood out because they stuck together, whether it was at school, a party, or playing football on the weekends, the whole team looked after each other.To bad they didnt get a chance at playoffs that year they would have gone pretty far, if not a championship, semi finals for sure. My question to the next football teams that come up at Poly is, are you going to put in as much effort as Poly teams from the past did, or are you gonna blow it off as a joke? Poly football always has talent we just need that effort from players and coachs, so 2005 season how about a great season....From a football supporter.
