Mathematics Department

At Poly, we offer our incoming 9th grade the opportunity to start in CC H Algebra 2, CC H Geometry or CC Algebra 1 based on their credits received in middle school. Because of the quarter system, our students are able to advance to higher courses (based on their proficient grade) after each quarter or semester is over. If a student shows that they need intervention in math, our students will receive those courses as well. By the time students graduate, they could have the opportunity to take college level classes like AP Calculus AB/BC and AP Statistics.
